Online Qualifiers
16 to 8 team eliminations.
Date: March 14th – 28th, 2020
- March 14th – Group A versus, Group B versus, two games total
March 15th - Group C versus, Group D versus, two games total
March 21st – Group E versus, Group F versus, two games total
March 28th – Group G versus, Group H versus, two games total

- Best of 3 single elimination.
- A match is considered complete when one Team has reached seven (7) of thirteen (13) rounds during the regular match time.

Quarterfinals
8 to 4 team eliminations.
Date: April 18th – 19th, 2020
- April 18th - Group A Winner vs Group B Winner;

Disconnection and Re-host

Re-host compliance
- Before any damage occurs within the match
- Must be within 15 seconds of the first second of the preparation phase
- Every team can re-host the server once in a match
- In the event of a server disconnection or force majeure, the Thermaltake admins have the final say to call for a re-match.
- If a Team leaves the server without informing the opponent, the team risks forfeiting the match. Each user is responsible for his/her own Hardware.
- In a re-hosted game, each player needs to choose the same settings as they picked at the start of the original game. All ruling which is not explained in the previous point, the teams will have to open a protest ticket. Only the Thermaltake admins can decide if the game will be completely restarted with a score of 0:0.
- Should an issue arise regarding widespread connection problems to the server (e.g. lag) and unable to reconnect or be resolved within 10 minutes, the referees are then authorized to cancel the match.
- Should an issue arise regarding connection problems to the broadcast server or hardware, the Thermaltake admins have authorization to call for re-match.
